Naama Eylon

CEO

Naama Eylon joined Sharon Laboratories in 2014. In 2022, she led two acquisitions of Italy-based organizations for Sharon: RES Pharma Industriale and the cosmetic ingredients division of B&C, integrating all into the new Sharon Personal Care. Prior to joining Sharon, Naama served as the commercial manager for R&D for Stanley-Black & Decker in Israel, and as business development manager in the US. She holds a B.A in Communication and Political Science from Tel-Aviv University as well as an MBA.

CTO, Head of Innovation

Dr. Paul Salama started his career as a university professor in Canada, and moved to the pharmaceutical industry in Canada then Israel, holding senior research positions (VP CMC). Dr. Salama has led R&D activities of Sharon since 2014 as its CTO and Head of Innovation. He holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry and a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lyon (France), along with a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Montreal (Canada).

Roberta Donadelli

Research & Development Team Manager

Roberta Donadelli is R&D Team Manager at Sharon Personal Care’s Italy-based Innovation Center. Roberta has expertise in the development of high innovation actives for skin care, hair care and make up. She has 20 years of experience in EMEA and APA market development, and has served as a guest speaker at worldwide seminars for the cosmetic industry. Additionally, Roberta collaborates with universities and scientific groups on research and application tests. She graduated with a degree in Pharmacy.
