Our corporate slogan (or 'strap line' as our European clients call it) underscores a firm belief that there is a 'comms' element to almost every business solution. As a communications support company, we work best when we align our work with your business goals.

At Resource Advantage, we work on an incredibly broad array of projects for our customers. From day to day, there are consistent elements included in everything we do — call it a 'best practice approach.'

Shake things up
We're in the business of changing people's behavior. If people don't have a compelling reason why they should do something differently — they won't.

That goes for us, too. We realize we're experts in the communication game. But that doesn't mean we shouldn't constantly re-examine how we do things. The point is: 'business as usual' isn't going to get any of us where we need to go!

Hone in on your vision
The first half of the equation has to do with you: defining yourself, your business, your product and sometimes your market. Starting out, it's great to think broadly, painting that canvas with big bold strokes. Once you're comfortable, its time to start reigning it in, making those edges visible and dealing with real world issues like resources, time and money.

Define those value propositions
The second half of the equation is your customer: what their needs and wants are, what is most important to them. Proper definition of value propositions is one of the most useful exercises in the business world. It can make the difference between a sale and no-sale. Black ink and red ink. Yes and no. You'll know that you've done your value prop work right when you see that little light bulb appear over your customer's head.
